Tennessee Illegal Aliens Busted For DUI, Stalking, Domestic Assault & More…

Tennessee Conservative Staff –

Police in Davidson and Knox Counties have arrested several illegal aliens on a number of charges including driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, stalking, and assault.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:

34-year-old Edgar Lorenzo Rodriguez – arrested December 6

  • Rodriguez was charged with two counts of failure to appear, driving under the influence (4th offense), leaving the scene of an accident with damage over $1500, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $41,000 total bond. Rodriguez has numerous previous charges related to driving under the influence, violating the open container law, and other incidents that date back to 2009.

43-year-old Pedro Manuel Hernandez Guevara – arrested December 6

  • Guevara was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $2500 bond. 

33-year-old Jesus El Garcia – arrested December 6

  • Garcia was charged with two counts of stalking. He was booked on a $7000 total bond. He was previously charged with stalking in October but that case was closed.

21-year-old Zaki M. Abdelmasih – arrested December 7

  • Abdelmasich was charged with possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence. He was booked on a $6000 bond.

25-year-old Mancy O. Shehata – arrested December 7

  • Shehata was charged with possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence. He was booked on a $6000 bond.  

36-year-old Silvia Martinez Gallardo – arrested December 7

  • Gallardo was charged with driving under the influence. She was booked on a $2500 bond and was also given a 48-hour sentence. 

37-year-old Artemio Zepeda-Segundo – arrested December 8

  • Zepeda-Segundo was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $1500 total bond. 

In Knox County, the following individual was arrested:

31-year-old Pedro Pascual Jose-Martin – arrested December 7

  • Jose-Martin was charged with domestic assault. He was booked on a $10,000 bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals all have immigrant detainers.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
