Davidson and Knox County police took several dangerous illegal aliens off of the streets recently.


Davidson County officials arrested the following individuals:
24-year-old Kevin Manuel Pineda Bellarin – arrested January 6
- Bellarin was charged with false imprisonment, two counts of domestic assault with bodily injury, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $32,500 bond.






25-year-old Ever Antonio Corrales – arrested January 6
- Corrales was charged with violation of probation, employment of a firearm with intent during the commission of a dangerous felony, criminal homicide, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $401,000 total bond. He has one set of previous charges for DUI and open container.








39-year-old Eduardo Aguinaga-Campos – arrested January 6
- Campos was charged with failure to appear and was booked without bond. He failed to appear in court to answer to 2024 charges of 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault (strangulation), aggravated kidnapping, coercion of a witness, and interference with a 911 call.


39-year-old Nesi Ascension – arrested January 7
- Ascension was charged with violation of probation and booked on a $50,000 bond. Ascension has a string of prior offenses dating back to 2005, mostly for driving related charges. The violation of probation is related to a 2021 charge of driving under the influence.




Knox County police arrested 39-year-old Lucas Martinez on January 7. Martinez was charged with DUI: First Offense and three counts of child abuse/neglect/endangerment. He was booked without bond.


Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
