Today, an Employment Tribunal has made a landmark ruling in favour of the Darlington Nurses who were forced to share a female-only changing room with a man who identifies as a woman.
The judgment says that County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust unlawfully discriminated against and harassed the female nurses by requiring them to share female-only changing rooms with a biological male.
