Do Democrats still believe that Tim Walz has some magic insight into the minds and souls of people who live in rural areas?
Apparently, they do, despite all the evidence that, if anything, Walz repulses people in rural areas more than he is attractive to city-dwellers, who loved his effeminate style, his incredibly AWFL wife, and their good friend Kamala Harris.

Walz explained that he was chosen at least partly because of his supposed appeal to rural folks, particularly regular guys in the hinterlands. For some reason, Democrats believe that a plaid shirt and a Carhartt jacket can hide the utter contempt that liberals feel for anybody who doesn’t know the meaning of “cisgender” or who thinks that maybe it really isn’t a great idea to hand out tens of billions of dollars to fraudulent Somali daycares and home health care scams.
Walz is widely despised in rural Minnesota, and with good reason. Even before he admitted to Democrats that he thinks that rural Minnesota has nothing but “rocks and cows,” ordinary people could smell the contempt in which they were held by Tim. Tim was secretly recorded at a fundraiser—that’s why the video is basically nonexistent—openly saying that rural areas were irrelevant.
Here’s what Tim Walz thinks of rural America:
“You see those maps. There’s all that red across there and Democrats go into depression over it. It’s mostly rocks and cows in that red area.”

Rocks and cows. Well, one thing I can tell you, nobody in the rocks and cows areas wanted Minnesota to become a “Transgender sanctuary state” or approved of Walz’s Lieutenant Governor pick.
Still, the Democrats are going with the idea that Walz really is a small-town guy, and they are going to fund a Tim Walz-run “Small Town” PAC.

I mean…you can’t make this stuff up.
The funny thing is, Walz doesn’t even like America, let alone rural America. He is more comfortable flying off to Barcelona, Spain to hobnob with the transnationalist socialist elite than hanging out in a local bar shooting the s**t with some farmers.

Think about the scene: Tim Walz sits down with some guys and says the words “code talking” and “permission structure,” as if normal people would know what the hell he is saying.
He would sound like a man from Venus, because he basically is. He flounces into a room, tells people that socialism is just neighborliness, and about how abortion until birth and cutting off kids’ genitals are civil rights.
Moving from the “Global Progressive Mobilization” event in Barcelona to national TV to a town of 6,500 people isn’t likely to be effective.
But then again, there is a reason why Democrats only win in Blue cities, and why rural America has turned its back on them. And it is people like Tim Walz.
