More illegal aliens have been taken off of the streets in Davidson and Knox Counties, for charges ranging from aggravated assault to drug charges to DUIs.


Davidson County police arrested the following illegal aliens:
22-year-old Oscar Daniel Fonseca Aguilar – arrested May 14
- Aguilar was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $20,000 bond.


27-year-old Ismar Picon Lopez – arrested May 15
- Lopez was charged with driving under the influence, insurance (evidence of compliance), driver’s license required, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. He was booked on an $8000 bond.


31-year-old Elias Wilfredo Diaz – arrested May 15
- Diaz was charged with possession/casual exchange of a controlled substance, driving under the influence (2nd offense), and driving on a revoked license. He was booked on an $8500 bond.


19-year-old Oscar Jose Aguilar – arrested May 15


28-year-old Carly Katterine Guerrero Quintero – arrested May 17
- Quintero was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. She was booked on a $1000 bond.


18-year-old Diego Pedro – arrested May 18
- Pedro was charged with two counts of failure to appear, resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search, evading arrest, and driving under the influence. The failure to appear charges stem from an August 2025 charge of DUI. He was booked on a $57,500 bond.


42-year-old Pablo Beltran Cruz – arrested May 19
- Cruz was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault/reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. He was booked on an $18,000 total bond.


Knox County police arrested the following illegal aliens:
27-year-old Oscar Perez – arrested May 16
- Perez was charged with driving without a license and simple possession/casual exchange. He was booked on a $6000 bond.


39-year-old Dresby Quintanilla – arrested May 16
- Quintanilla was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked with no bond.


44-year-old Mario Rene Gutierrez-Garcia – arrested May 17
- Gutierrez-Garcia was charged with DUI (first offense), driving on roadways laned for traffic, financial responsibility law, and driving while license revoked. He was booked on a $3750 total bond.


26-year-old Pascual Diego Marcos-Andres – arrested May 17
- Marcos-Andres was charged with two counts of domestic assault. He was booked without bond.


32-year-old Santos Luis Tranquilino – arrested May 17
- Tranquilino was charged with reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and financial responsibility law. He was booked on a $9000 total bond.


29-year-old Juan Eduardo Magallon-Guitierrez – arrested May 17
- Magallon-Guitierrez was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked on a $2500 bond.


30-year-old Jonathan Ezequiel – arrested May 18
- Ezequiel was charged with assault (threat of bodily injury) and domestic assault. He was booked on a $1000 bond.


Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
