Press Release –
FRANKLIN — A national civic technology movement is being launched from Tennessee.
Today, grassroots leader Gary Humble announced the official launch of Conservative States, a first-of-its-kind legislative tracking and civic engagement platform designed to strengthen state-level self-government across America. Tennessee is the first state live on the platform — but the mission is national from day one.

Conservative States monitors state legislation in real time, delivers AI-powered bill analysis grounded in constitutional principles, and equips citizens with direct tools to communicate with their elected representatives. The goal is straightforward: restore clarity to the legislative process and give citizens the infrastructure to engage their state governments with confidence and consistency.
“If we are serious about self-government, we have to build the tools to practice it,” Humble said. “Conservative States is about moving from reacting to headlines to understanding legislation — and from understanding to action. Tennessee is where we begin. America is where we’re going.”

The platform integrates legislative intelligence and citizen action into one unified system. It tracks every bill filed in the Tennessee General Assembly, translates complex statutory language into plain English, evaluates legislation against enduring principles such as constitutional fidelity, limited government, fiscal responsibility, individual liberty, free markets, and traditional values, and provides a structured, respectful way for constituents to contact lawmakers at the right moment in the process.
Unlike generic bill-tracking websites that stop at information, Conservative States is designed to move citizens from awareness to engagement. Users can track the bills that matter most to them, receive notifications as legislation advances, and communicate directly with their representatives through personalized, constituent-authenticated email tools. Every message is reviewed and approved by the user before it is sent.
In an era when personal data is routinely harvested and sold, Conservative States takes a different approach. Your information is protected, never sold, and never shared for marketing purposes. AI tools operate only on public bill text — not on your name, address, or personal data. Citizens stay in control.
Humble emphasized that the launch of Conservative States does not replace his ongoing involvement with Tennessee Stands. He remains actively engaged as Chairman of the Board, and the statewide grassroots organization continues its mission unchanged.
“Tennessee Stands is not going anywhere,” Humble said. “Conservative States is an outflow of that work. For years, we’ve built one of the strongest grassroots networks in Tennessee. Now, I am moving forward to build the infrastructure to support that engagement long-term — and to carry those tools into other states.”

The platform launches with a three-day free trial, allowing citizens to explore its full functionality without commitment. After the trial, subscriptions are available at $8/month or $60/annually, with the annual option providing the best value at 38% off.
Although Tennessee is the first deployment, the long-term objective is expansion into additional states. Early Tennessee subscribers are participating in the foundation of a broader national effort — one aimed at strengthening state-level civic engagement across the country.
Conservative States is headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, and operated by Conservative States, LLC.
