IT TOOK a week. Writing this time last week, I laid into the MSM’s moral blind spot over Iran. On their failure to headline the mass protests against the ayatollahs’ horrendous regime, its brutal crackdown and the silence of the ‘slebs’.
Too late, you may say, for the 16,500 dead and more, but the Daily Mail has made amends in a big way. Saturday’s edition featured first-hand and full accounts of the quite unspeakable massacre that has taken place. Slaughtered in hospital beds and on streets literally running with blood.
I quote from it:
‘After executing the hospital patients, the Iranian regime did not even bother to clean up the crime scene. An adhesive pad remains on the chest of one victim whose heart was being monitored by doctors moments before his death. Government thugs took him, put a bullet through his forehead, and dumped his body.
‘Beside him, lying in one of the rows of corpses, another dead patient still has a breathing tube in his throat. Others are still draped in medical gowns. “Finishing shots” had been administered to each of their skulls, too. Doctors on the ground estimate at least 16,500 protesters were slaughtered and more than 80,000 litres of blood was shed.
‘Many we spoke to in Iran believe the true number of dead far exceeds even that devastating toll. So much blood was spilt in Tehran on those two nights that the following morning the drains were running crimson. Two weeks on and blood still stains the city, vividly exposing the regime’s crimes. It is smeared along the streets where the dead were dragged. Splattered on walls at the sites of execution. The paths of the wounded who managed to escape is mapped, drip by drip, in trails of blood.
‘And yet where is the global outrage over this massacre? Who marches for the dead of Iran through the streets of Western capitals? Where are the social media campaigns and celebrities?
‘For Iranians both inside and outside the country, the silence is nearly as horrifying as the bloodshed.’
All shockingly true. Yet still this terrible account is not their front page headline or story. And that, I’m afraid, is the answer to their ‘where’s the outrage’ question.
The outrage – full-on hysteria – has all been reserved for Donald Trump. Who else? Across every newspaper front page. It’s disproportionate. A crass error maybe, but one that followed unpalatable truths that ‘the Europeans’ are simply not listening to – on their misguided energy policies, weak economies and borders as well as their casual arrogance about America’s military protection, as Bruce Newsome reports in these pages today. No one can accuse POTUS of being tardy in his apology.
I’d made up my mind not to give the time of day to the ghastly globalist Davos shindig that everyone who thinks they are important, or is desperate to be seen as important, apparently can’t miss. Too much Rachel Reeves, Justin Trudeau, Keir Starmer and Mark Carney can leave you feeling ill. Then up stepped Trump and slugged it to his captive audience. Truth after truth. You can read the transcript here. A guinea a minute. Pure Trump, going where angels fear to tread, offending with every new sentence what Daniel Jupp phrased as ‘class niceties’ and ‘the European diplomatic norm’. About time too.
Trump hasn’t wasted time in office as his speech detailed. Last week he fulfilled his promise to withdraw the US from the corrupt World Health Organization because of its handling of covid, lack of accountability, transparency and failure to reform. Here is Fox News’s report.
No wonder the WHO’s second biggest donor, Bill Gates, is looking pale. Last year didn’t go the way Gates hoped as Trump and Musk slashed foreign aid contracts. Probably for the first time since the 1980s his Big (vaccine bucks) Pharma allies have found themselves on the back foot, squealing their outrage from Davos as their sales slide.
Pfizer’s CEO Albert Bourla, who received total compensation of $24.6million for the 2024 fiscal year, a 14 per cent increase on the previous year, was the main moaner, laughably lashing out at what he called Robert Kennedy’s anti-vaccine religion. TCW’s Paula Jardine called it right last April when she said the US decision to terminate $1.6billion in funding pledged by the Biden administration to GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance, was a ‘major blow to the vaccine market shaper’. The emotional blackmail she predicted is in full swing, Pharma profiteers and their emissaries hell-bent on protecting their lucrative vaccine world faith.
Perhaps Bourla can relax. This government-sponsored mass cult still holds alarming sway over people’s minds. As I found to my cost last week. I made the mistake of assuming that people who are critical of lockdown must be critical of the covid vaccines too. I thought I had found some soul-mates and was busy explaining how the ‘necessary’ vaccine exit from lockdown was but a ploy to ensure government funding of a dodgy, poorly tested and trialled, mRNA platform, funding not otherwise forthcoming. My ‘companions’ had raised the question of the short trials but then, I realised too late, didn’t want to hear that the vaccines might not be effective or worse injurious, although they had both admitted to stopping taking the jab. They asked me to stop. Clearly I had made them very uncomfortable and scared. I felt terrible. What to do? I apologised for upsetting them and we changed the subject fast.
Do I wish I had self-censored? Yes, because that feeling in the pit of my stomach gave me a poor night’s sleep. And what had I achieved but to upset them?
And yet, and yet, this has to be an aspect of that silencing ‘mass formation’ that Mattias Desmet described in 2022 that blots out dissent against convention, official narratives and in this case continuing and aggressive vaccine promotion. One that so many have a vested interest in and is the reason for Pfizer’s record $100billion revenue in 2022 and for Bourla’s escalating paycheck. And we can’t openly challenge the levels of corruption it’s constructed on?
Modern ‘politeness’ is society’s pervasive sin. Being made to feel you have committed a social solecism, a heresy, while fear of pariah status dooms us to conformity and compliance with everything we know is wrong.
So, do I keep my honesty to these pages and shut up socially? Or not? Answers, please, from any agony aunt readers out there!
I can confirm I will be talking out loud at Advance UK’s members meeting on February 7. My theme? The colliding forces of decaying modern secular Western civilisation and increasingly confident aggressive fundamentalist Islam that confront us. This is what I believe we are up against. To resist and to have the strength to overcome the second we also have to resist and overcome the first – our own morally void secularism with its woke orthodoxies and and doomed multiculturalism. That’s the gist! If you want to hear Ben Habib, Professor Norman Fenton, Dr Philip Kiszely and more speakers yet to be announced, you can secure your ticket here. Members of Advance UK only.
