They stop by all the time, and I go out and give everybody apples. It is amazing, the personalities among them, all different and unique. And really nice. Some are really smart, and some are visibly lacking in complex cognitive processing. There are some which are so selfless and caring, and who look out for the babies of last summer as if they were their own babies. And others tend to not pay attention to the needs of others. But they are all very nice, and kind of just out there, struggling to survive like everyone else. Once you get to know them, it is kind of shocking of all the animals out there, the world is structured so we hunt the peaceful ones. I wish we lived in a world which only hunted predators. But I have thought I could totally join the herd full time, if it weren’t for the trespassing issues which afflict humans. This guy, as crazy as he sounds, is not that much different than me.
