Illegal aliens in Davidson and Knox Counties were arrested on a variety of charges including driving under the influence, simple drug possession, and domestic assault.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:

25-year-old Mateo Tadeo-Santizo – arrested December 4

• Tadeo-Santizo was charged with two counts of failure to appear, domestic assault with bodily injury, and criminal impersonation. He was booked on a $4000 total bond. His charges of failure to appear stem from August 2025 charges of no driver’s license and insurance/evidence of compliance.

39-year-old Antonio Sanchez – arrested December 4

• Sanchez was charged with driving under the influence, insurance/evidence of compliance, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $12,000 bond. Sanchez was recently arrested on November 3 for driving under the influence as well, along with two additional charges of implied consent – civil and no driver’s license.

In Knox County, the following individuals were arrested:

22-year-old Jose Chairez Perez – arrested December 4

• Perez was charged with following too closely, financial responsibility law, and driving without a license. He was booked on a $5000 bond.

32-year-old Miguel Geremias Ramirez Santiago – arrested December 4

• Santiago was charged with DUI: first offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and violation of the open container law. He was booked on a $12,000 bond.

47-year-old Lucio Ramirez – arrested December 4

• Ramirez was charged with simple possession/casual exchange and driving while license suspended. He was booked on a $3000 bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals all have immigrant detainers.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
