Tennessee Conservative News Staff –

Davidson County police arrested several more illegal aliens as another was sentenced after previously being charged with child sex crimes and allegedly reentering the country multiple times.

40-year-old Teodoso Gonzalez-Guzman was sentenced on February 19 to 18 months in a federal prison after being charged with illegal reentry of an illegal alien and failure to register as a sex offender.

Court records show that Gonzalez-Guzman had a previous conviction of unlawful possession of a weapon in domestic violence situations and of a penetrative sexual offense involving a six-year-old girl. He was given a 746-day sentence and was deported for the fourth time after serving that time.

In March 2025, he was found to be living in Lindenwood, New Jersey. He fled and was found in May by the Middle Tennessee Joint Fugitive Task Force in Antioch. He admitted to living in Antioch for about a month and also admitted to never registering as a sex offender, violating Tennessee state law regarding sex offender registry.

According to United States Attorney Braden H. Boucek, “This criminal alien who had been deported multiple times and failed to comply with sex offender registration requirements has now been held accountable. This significant sentence demonstrates the commitment of the Department of Justice to protecting our community by prosecuting those who disregard court orders and return to our communities even after being deported repeatedly.”

Another illegal alien was jailed in Davidson County after being arrested for refusing to get out of his vehicle when officers requested that he do so. He was removed but then attempted to flee the scene.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, Juan Espindola-Ramirez was at one time granted work authorization by the Biden administration. He was previously arrested in 2018 and 2019 for driving without a license.

Davidson County police also arrested the following illegal aliens:

35-year-old Ubaldo Bernabi Velasquez Bartolon – arrested February 23

  • Bartolon was charged with a misdemeanor probation violation and possessing contraband in a penal institution. He was booked on a $22,500 bond. The reason for the probation violation charge is unclear.

35-year-old Carlos Alfredo Cruz Alvarado – arrested February 23

  • Alvarado was charged with criminal homicide, especially aggravated kidnapping, trespassing, harassment, especially aggravated stalking, and theft of property under $1000. He was booked on a $1,160,000 total bond.

27-year-old Ambrocio E. Espinosa Nolasco – arrested February 24

  • Nolasco was charged with possession/casual exchange of a controlled substance, evading arrest in a motor vehicle, driving under the influence, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $500 bond.  Records show that Nolasco was previously charged with reckless driving and no driver’s license in 2024, but those charges were dismissed.

Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
