Tennessee continues to deal with the consequences of illegal immigration as law enforcement across the state continues to make arrests.

Current inmate records show that the below named individuals arrested this week all have U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) detainers.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means these individuals are in the country illegally.

Davidson County law enforcement arrested the following illegal immigrants this week:

Miguel Lopez (Age 24) – arrested Wednesday, October 8th – charged with hold or use of an altered or false document or plate, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, stop, frisk, halt, or search, evading arrest, reckless driving, and failure to provide a driver’s license – bond set at $7,000.

He is being held on medium security at the downtown detention center.

Deysi Izaguirre Vasquez (Age 32) – arrested Tuesday, October 7th – charged with aggravated child neglect involving a child 8-years-old or younger or a disabled child – bond set at $25,000.

She is being held on minimum security at a female correctional development.

Juan Fernandez Gonzalez (Age 41) – arrested Monday, October 6th – charged with violating probation, possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance, driving on a revoked license, and a second offense of driving under the influence – bond set at $56,500.

He is being held on medium security at the downtown detention center and is also known as “Marino Fernandez Gonzalez.”

Romeo Lucas Alonzo (Age 29) – arrested Monday, October 6th – charged with violating probation and aggravated assault involving strangulation – bond set at $15,000.

He is being held on medium security at the downtown detention center and is also known as “Baltazar Alonzo Romeo Lucas,” “Romeo Lucas Baltazar Alonzo” and “Romeo Lucas Baltazar-Alonzo.”

Meanwhile, Knox County law enforcement has arrested an illegal immigrant with quite a lengthy list of charges.

Abner Edilzar De Leon Ramirez (Age 37) – arrested Tuesday, October 7th – charged with multiple vehicular assaults, driving without a license, a first offense of driving under the influence, failure to stop at the scene of an accident involving injury, failure to report an accident, duty to render and give information, failure of driver to exercise due care, and driving on roadways laned for traffic.
