WHEN THE Hallett Inquiry was announced in 2021, I was asked for my opinion of it on Nigel Farage’s GB News programme. I answered that it would be a whitewash, kicking the issue into the long grass over many months, protecting those who should have been held to account and avoiding the most important topics.
The very first of these ‘avoidances’ was the decision to ignore the origin of the virus and hence the signals that shouted do NOT use the spike protein as a vaccine antigen as it was clearly nearly 80 per cent homologous to human epitopes and therefore would guarantee extreme autoimmune responses. (Many pathogens such as bacteria or viruses contain epitopes that are highly similar to human self-antigens. If the immune system is activated against the pathogen, it may subsequently cross-react with human tissues, potentially contributing to autoimmune conditions.) In addition to this, it was clear, or should have been clear, that the enhanced binding to its well-characterised receptor ACE-2 would trigger cardiovascular issues even in the fit and healthy.
That was a red card. A red card the public health authorities ignored. And Hallett ignored.
The second red card was my warning as far back as November 2022 of the devastating impact boosters were having on my cancer patients, as reported here. This I explained and warned about in print several times during 2022 and 2023, finally demanding that mRNA vaccines must be banned once and for all. Nor did I stop my warnings throughout 2024 and 2025, see here and here for example, and right through into 2026.
Another unforgivable decision by Hallett was to all but ignore vaccine-induced damage. This was made clear by Hugo Keith QC’s opening statement to the Inquiry (which revealed the inevitable conclusion) in which he categorically and arbitrarily stated that the vaccines had saved millions of lives (for which he gave no proof because there is no proof) and were well known to be ‘safe and effective’ (despite the thousands of people that the MHRA records as having suffered damage related to the vaccines that Anna Morris QC representing the vaccine injured was to submit).
All the written scientific evidence of vaccine injury, submitted by HART, CCVAC and many others, was effectively deemed inadmissible by Hallett. None of these organisations or individuals was invited to testify. What I am talking about is the non-inclusion of the leading critics of the government’s covid response, whose well documented concerns were detailed on TCW here and here. Their exclusion from the Hallett Inquiry is as shocking as the brick wall of the MHRA and JCVI they came up against during the main periods of the vaccine rollout.
Some of the vaccine injured were invited to testify, but there is little indication they were listened to.
Behind Hallett’s ‘economy with the evidence’ lay another layer of censorship – the silencing of critically important scientific papers. Papers that were either rejected on spurious grounds by the editors of the various science publications or were subjected to fierce abuse from industry-funded censors led by Reuters, (part of the Trusted News Initiative (TNI), a collaboration of the world’s leading media companies founded by the BBC which includes European Broadcasting Union and NHK (Japan), key news agencies and the largest technology companies) until the papers were retracted or, in the case of Cureus, when the editor refused to retract the paper in question, the journal was bought out and the new owners had the paper retracted. This was the paper which reported Japanese ONS data that showed a clear link between booster shots and cancer incidence. In another case the whole journal was taken down in a cyber-attack over the paper showing a clear link between shots and cancer by Kuperwasser and El-Deiry.
It was therefore a welcome breath of fresh air when, just over a month ago, Dr Aseem Malhotra and I were asked by US Senator Ron Johnson to appear before his Senate Homeland, Security and Government Affairs high-profile hearing on evidence about vaccine safety, scientific transparency, and allegations that federal health agencies failed to properly investigate potential adverse events. A hearing that Johnson described as part of an effort to uncover unanswered questions surrounding the government’s response to the pandemic. The witnesses included medical researchers and scientists who discussed claims involving vaccine safety signals, scientific publications, and concerns about how certain studies were handled. Our session concerned covid injections, cancer risks and scientific censorship.

The session at which we gave evidence highlighted a remarkable division between the Democrats and the Republicans who attended. Critics such as Senator Blumenthal (co-chair and Democrat) including some Democratic lawmakers, pushed back on the claims presented repeating the mantra ‘that it was well known that the vaccines had saved millions of lives’, though this myth was effectively debunked last year.
Because the information and testimony we presented – the considerable evidence implicating the mRNA vaccines in cancer relapse and induction, and the link between increased cancer incidence and the period since the vaccines were rolled out – Senator Johnson had invited the Chief Medical Officer of the US and the vice president of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), Dr Julie Gralow, to reply to us. Instead of engaging with the evidence, she replied that she represented 50,000 doctors and that they did not see this link. This defence certainly reflects the experience of dozens of injured patients who told me how they presented within weeks of a booster vaccine with rapidly progressing cancers, yet not one GP, or hospital doctor nor specialist asked any of these patients about their vaccine history.
Senator Johnson’s response to her was masterful. He exposed her ignorance of what the vaccines contained and her failure to consider the fact that no one had addressed the possibility of causation. All her subsequent denials were met with a flurry of data from Senator Johnson’s large flip board.
What these hearings reveal is that those who have asked the question about causation are all coming to the same conclusion. Furthermore, along with Senators Rand Paul and Ron Johnson and Robert Kennedy, the US Secretary of Health and Human Services, they are all calling for the so-called indemnity for US covid tsar Anthony Fauci to be challenged. They believe his decisions, which included deliberately suppressing the truth about the origins of the virus, exaggerating the effect of the infection, and promoting lockdowns and school closures, were a crime against humanity.
This was the man who imposed masks knowing that there was no evidence to support this decision. The man who went out of his way to decry hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin despite the overwhelming evidence that they were effective in stopping covid in its tracks, as dozens of trials from around the world showed. TCW’s report on the suppression of ivermectin at the time is here. A British scandal, the misrepresentation and suppression of hydroxychloroquine, was also reported by TCW. Instead, Dr Fauci pushed a highly dangerous drug, Remdesivir, nicknamed ‘Run, death is near’, which was worse than not having any drug at all. All this to justify the rollout of untried and dangerous vaccines. As Edmund Fordham reported for TCW on the British ‘Recovery’ trial, never must low-cost hydroxychloroquine therapy be put in direct competition with remdesivir. Or with mass vaccination. This was despite the fact that all coronavirus vaccines over the last 20 years have proved toxic and often fatal in primates, which is why trials stopped with mice. All attempts to license mRNA based ‘Vaxxgenes’ have failed even for cancer use.
Three senators have also called for those who went along with Fauci and failed to challenge him to be called to account. They include Jeremy Farrar and Patrick Vallance who held secret phone calls with Fauci and meekly went along with his plans without challenging them. Chris Whitty too, the British CMO (still) who went along with it all and lacked the courage of Sweden’s Anders Tegnell to stop the lockdowns.
All failed to protect the British people, Whitty going further when he overruled the JCVI over child vaccination, exposing them to a potentially lethal vaccine even though they had zero chance of dying from a fast-disappearing virus. June Raine of the MHRA must shoulder the blame too for the nearly 50,000 reports of potentially fatal cardiac adverse events following the rollout of AstraZeneca’s covid vaccine. This was the UK medicines regulator who despite the information available continued to assure the public that the vaccine was safe and effective, an FoI has revealed.
These crimes of negligence, crass stupidity and worse, have been richly rewarded with knighthoods and inappropriate fellowships, demeaning institutions of previous good standing.
Only by holding people to account for making decisions that could never be justified by the evidence can we be sure that this will never happen again. Unlike the UK’s tractable politicians, the US Senators are not giving up and are determined make sure there is some justice for their citizens, millions of whom have had their lives ruined by useless and dangerous vaccines still referred to here as safe and effective. These hearings make it impossible to deny that it was a ‘plandemic’ by a contemptuous and arrogant elite using the same blueprint to scare the public into going along with it just as they have done with the Climate change scam.
