Tennessee Illegal Aliens Busted For Aggravated Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Felony Burglary, Reckless Driving/Endangerment, Strangulation & More…

Several illegal aliens were arrested across Tennessee in recent days on charges of assault, DUI, burglary, and more.

Davidson County police arrested the following illegal aliens: 

30-year-old Leana L. Canales Rios – arrested May 2

  • Rios was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. She was booked on a $3000 bond.

27-year-old Keilyna A. Montonya Key – arrested May 3

  • Key was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism ($1000 but

27-year-old Jhon Anthony Gonzalez-Vera – arrested May 3

  • Gonzalez-Vera was charged with two counts of failure to appear, driving under the influence, and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $5500 total bond.

31-year-old Alexander Yonathan Gonzales Escobar – arrested May 4

  • Escobar was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation), public intoxication, and disorderly conduct. He was booked on a $27,000 total bond.

45-year-old Jose Manuel Gomez – arrested May 5

  • Gomez was charged with felony burglary. He was booked on a $10,000 bond.

Knox County police arrested the following illegal aliens:

49-year-old Rafael Garcia-Mancilla – arrested April 27

  • Garcia-Mancilla was arrested on an active warrant out of Kingsport for leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.

35-year-old Walter Geovanny Hernandez Lopez – zrrested May 1 

Lopez was charged with registration law, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, DUI (first offense), and financial responsibility law. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

34-year-old Escobar Lucas Santos-Emaulio – arrested May 2

  • Santos-Emaulio was charged with driving without a license, financial responsibility law, driving on roadways laned for traffic, implied consent (enhancement only), speeding, reckless driving, and evading arrest in a motor vehicle. He was booked on a $6000 bond.

21-year-old Carlos Eduardo Altamirano Izaguirre – arrested May 2

  • Izaguirre was charged with DUI (first offense), financial responsibility law, driving while license was suspended, reckless endangerment (deadly weapon involved). He was booked on a $4000 total bond.

18-year-old Ciris Castellanos – arrested May 2

  • Castellanos was charged with public intoxication, financial responsibility law, open container, and driving while license revoked due to prior conviction of DUI. He was booked on a $1000 fine.

23-year-old Amel Lopez Tema – arrested May 3

  • Tema was charged with vehicles/streetcars stop at all stop signs and driving without a license. She was booked on a $500 bond.

Vasqual Diego Juan Barton – arrested May 3

  • Barton was charged with DUI (first offense), underage consumption, and driving without a license. He was booked on a $3500 bond.

26-year-old Frances Elias Santos-Hernandez – arrested May 4, 2026

  • Santos-Hernandez was charged with domestic assault and physically holding/supporting a cellular device. He was booked on a $6000 total bond.

Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
