THE big question, should the PM go this week, is will the weather improve?
After all, he’s been spending our money willy nilly on schemes to drop sky litter in an effort to prevent the warming rays of the sun penetrating our sullen atmosphere.
Likely it won’t make any difference as he is likely to cling to the keys of Number 10 until everyone gives up with frustration, or his successor will be following the same ignorant ideas.
Old cronies aside, I suspect Keir Starmer may still have a few tricks up his sleeve to avoid being bounced on to his own back bench.
That aside, when will someone challenge his false declarations about Brexit, and his unsubstantiated ideas that we not only want to become a subsidiary of the EU without any say in our future but that this will be good for us? He has constantly used statistics that don’t exist to force us back under EU control while his proposed agreement for so many EU youth to study in the UK is one-sided and will cost us a fortune.
By inviting the young of the EU in, who will require homes and public services which are in short supply, we will be putting our own at the back of the queue. Yes, this scheme might benefit some UK people but all the extra costs are ours to find because we would be using a fraction of EU universities for UK people.
Since taking office Starmer has done all he can to ring-fence his own preferred groups from the realities of his economic Armageddon while the rest of us pick up the tab.
His Government will not stray from Net Zero. It is the final command they have to execute and the one that drives them on, and us down and finished with.
Don’t expect any honesty from this man. We gave him the keys and no way will he give them back without some form of destructive struggle.
If ever a government deserved to have their oppression and lies rip them from office, with anger and disgust by the people they have not been serving, it is this one, but I’m not holding my breath. I fear this dreadful man will be with us into the future to get us involved fully in the Ukraine war yet, and worse!
