Why I believe there’s no place in Britain for fundamentalist Islamism

I HAVE just sat through 47 minutes of a satanic death cult gleefully committing the most unimaginable butchery on innocent men, women and children. All while chanting the name of their prophet. Jittery and excited with spittle in the corners of their demonically possessed and crazed mouths. Their eyes lit up in ecstasy, as if they had been given the greatest honour of their lives. Other than the laughter, the crowds of thousands in Gaza screaming the same chants as broken, naked and defiled bodies are paraded in trucks as boys too young to join in the carnage spit on them in pure hatred.

The footage I will never be able to unsee is two boys who have been blown up with a grenade and watched their father shot, trying to comfort each other and tend each other’s wounds. In deep shock, one new orphan tries to rationalise things by saying repeatedly that ‘It is not a prank.’ The other cries for ‘papa’ as the murderer casually checks the fridge for a snack. I can understand military action against enemy soldiers in war, but to burn their children and rape, behead, shoot and play with the body parts of civilians, who are always referred to as ‘dogs’ while screaming the same chant, that God is great, like in some way God had anything to do with it, is inhuman.

There is no excuse for what happened on October 7. Sympathy for the devil is what anyone who tried to justify those acts displays. I understand that there is another side to every story, but if this level of organised massacre happened here in Britain, I would hope that we would not stop until every single one of the perpetrators of this modern holocaust was obliterated from the face of the earth. This behaviour isn’t innate. The perpetrators of these crimes have been carved this way. Honed into cold-blooded killers joyously calling their adoring mothers to give them the news of ten dead jew dogs. Their hatred of life and devouring love of death is beyond comprehension. And this is done in the name of God? No chance. The devil’s worshippers did his bidding that day, and unless you have borne witness to it, it’s impossible to understand. God is love. God is forgiveness. God is nowhere near these devil’s minions. And they should not be allowed anywhere near the United Kingdom.

So why, I have to ask, is the footage I watched of the #Oct7Massacre not being made available to the public? I suspect the main reason is that the rage it would unleash might trigger public support to flatten Gaza completely and begin calls for the total removal of Islam from the West. You can have whatever view you like about the Jews and Israel, but by withholding this real life horror movie from the public gaze, the bottom line is that those who decreed this are protecting the very people who massacred their husbands, wives and children.

Desperate and victims themselves of the Hamas regime no doubt,  but the cheers of those who weren’t directly involved reflect a hatred that has flatlined into nihilism and pure evil. Children cheering over dead bodies is entirely unnatural. Yet that is what they do. That’s what makes it so very difficult for me personally to have bottomless sympathy for the ‘open air concentration camp’ narrative. The only way any defence can be made for Hamas’s actions is to agree that the Jewish people are in some way in need of punishment and retribution like animals – the ‘dogs’ they keep being called as their faces are shot into oblivion or their heads cut off and mutilated faces stamped on in an inversion of righteous anger.

These are the thought patterns which have led to the greatest horrors the modern world has ever witnessed. I believe as a Christian that we are all fallen and capable of tremendous horror, but we choose to civilise. We choose every single day to tolerate and forgive those who have done us wrong. We do this for the greater good. Because our own vengeance will become our mutual downfall if we don’t. I understand the ‘if you want revenge, dig two graves’ mentality, but we have to face that this goes much deeper. What I witnessed in that film is a complete and total disregard for the sanctity of life; that can only be met with a calculated and surgical removal of death cultists from the face of the earth. Every single human life is sacred, I often say, but when humans become animals, all bets are off. There is no place on earth for death cultists, massacring children while joyfully declaring that ‘God is great’ in the name of the religion of peace.

It would not seem too much to ask that all moderate Muslims agree that indiscriminate murder is not the will of their God. And you do not have to be British to understand it is entirely incompatible with our values of equality under the law, fairness and the right to free expression. That is why we must reject, wholeheartedly, this pernicious and unreformed ideology.
